Children residing in Lucas and Wood Counties from age birth to age 18, who are in need of shoes or coats. The vouchers expire during the school year in which they are issued.

Referral from a school administrator, local police, or fire official

Vouchers can generally be requested from mid-Oct through Mar 1st.
