HOME DELIVERED MEAL PROGRAM | MOBILE MEALS OF TOLEDO
Provides a delivery service of one or two meals daily, including holidays and optional weekends. Many modified diets are available. Some may include renal, diabetic, pureed and mechanical soft meals. The program does not serve as a food pantry or emergency food service.

In many cases, insurance programs such as CareStar’s Waiver program, Passport, Buckeye, and Aetna cover the cost for service. Also accepts SNAP benefits as payment for service. Private-pay client cost is determined separately using a sliding scale that factors in income and living expenses.
Eligibility
-Residents of Lucas, Fulton, Ottawa, northern Wood County, and southern Michigan -Individuals with any medical need that leaves them homebound, requires assistance with daily activities, or otherwise threatens nutritional wellbeing (common conditions include advanced age, surgery recovery, diabetes, paralysis, anxiety or depression, and kidney disease) -Service must be for a minimum of two weeks but will be provided for as long as it is needed
