Eligibility
Any medical bills not in collections 2025 or later. Must be a Richland County resident.
Required documents
  • Photo ID for all adults in the home
  • Social Security cards for all household residents including children
  • Current piece of mail with name and address
  • Documentation for one month's income for everyone in the household
  • All current household bills including gas, electric, phone, water, cable, rent/mortgage, insurances, credit card payments, and any other payments
  • Complete, current detailed medical bill statements

Assists with payment of medical bills that are not in collections. Helps with expenses not covered by insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, including dental, vision, medical equipment and supplies. Also helps with co-pays owed after surgeries and doctor visits.
