Coordinated Entry Point for families and individuals who are literally homeless and ready to work with area agencies and resources to re-establish themselves. This is NOT a shelter for the homeless, but rather a program with intensive case management that will lead to obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. LCCH is centrally located, convenient to social services and government offices.

Services will assess and make referrals to available programs. Emergency housing is not available (only through Samaritan House if there are openings).
