Offers counseling on pre-purchase home counseling, classes to get pre-certified for FHA home purchasing and other housing counseling certificates, budget and credit counseling.

Will also review loan documents to check for any potential predatory lending issues.

Provides a one-on-one program that can assist eligible individuals who are interested in purchasing a new home, opening a savings account, nontraditional banking services, improving credit scores, and financial education. Programs include instruction on using computers, setting up computer devices, resume development and review and online employment application assistance.
