PATH staff refers their clients to providers for mental health care, substance abuse treatment, recovery programs, housing opportunities, and other community resources. PATH aims to help each individual examine their personal goals, achieve their potential, and improve their quality of life.

Maintains a list and provides information on sober housing and recovery residences. Recovery housing provides a sober living environment for individuals as part of their long term recovery plan. The living arrangement can be dormitory style living (most often in a building or center), a single family home, or an apartment. In most situations it is shared living which often means that there is shared bedroom space and shared common areas. The agency does not recommend or endorse recovery housing providers or provide direct referrals.
Administers subsidized rental program for low-income residents. Eligible applicants who are selected from the waiting list pay approximately 30-40% of adjusted gross family income in rent and the subsidy makes up the balance of market rent. The subsidy moves with participants and it can be used in any unit in the private market which passes an inspection as long as the participant remains eligible and the landlord agrees to participate in the program. There is a waiting list for this program. Provides those who have vouchers with lists of available housing that accepts vouchers. No assistance is provided with paying a rental deposit through this program.
