Fulton House and Bill's House serves Veterans. Will provide referrals to other housing programs and shelters in the community. Once enrolled in shelter, employment assistance services may be available.

Provides a domiciliary for veterans while they receive care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Serves those with chronic substance use disorder, compulsive gambling disorder, chronic mental illness (or who display suicidal ideation or who are in danger of self harm), major medical problems and who are unable to sustain a residence. Offers services such as psychosocial treatment and rehabilitation, outreach services, referrals, vocational counseling, post-discharge community support, compensated work therapy, any necessary medical and dental care, medication, and counseling. Will help individuals access their Veterans benefits. Will also place veterans in group homes inspected by Veterans Affairs.

Transitional facility has 15 beds, is shared living, and provides a safe environment for participants. It is staffed 24 hours a day. Provides intensive Case Management, meals and snacks, bus passes, van transportation, onsite laundry equipment and supplies, toiletries, group outings, life skills training materials and activities, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Length of stay up to six (6) months. NOT handicapped accessible. Implements a zero tolerance for drug use.
Rapid ReHousing assists participants in securing and maintaining a one-bedroom apartment located within Summit County. The program provides intensive Case Management, housing placement, security deposit, monthly rental assistance, utility assistance (one time only), bus passes, moving costs (one time only), bus passes, group outings, and other miscellaneous items. Length of participation is up to 24 months.
