It is staffed 24 hours a day. Provides intensive Case Management, meals and snacks, bus passes, van transportation, onsite laundry equipment and supplies, toiletries, group outings, life skills training materials and activities, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Length of stay up to six (6) months. NOT handicapped accessible. Implements a zero tolerance for drug use. Rapid ReHousing assists participants in securing and maintaining a one-bedroom apartment located within Summit County. The program provides intensive Case Management, housing placement, security deposit, monthly rental assistance, utility assistance (one time only), bus passes, moving costs (one time only), bus passes, group outings, and other miscellaneous items. Length of participation is up to 24 months.
