Housing Advocates provide support, guidance and connections to shelter, transitional housing and other community resources tailored to each survivor’s unique needs. Immediate shelter or assistance in finding long-term housing are available.

Helps homeless teens learn how to live safely and successfully in the community. Youth are assigned a Community Support Provider, Independent Living Mentor, and Counselor who assist youth to reach their goals. The Transitional Living Team teaches independent living skills while providing mental health support and secure living arrangements.

Offers a 2 year comprehensive residential housing program for single mothers (18 years and older) with 1 or 2 children (5 years or younger). Provides child care, housing, life skills training, counseling and the opportunity to continue their education and/or work.

Coordinated Entry Point for families and individuals who are literally homeless and ready to work with area agencies and resources to re-establish themselves.
