Mercy Manor is a family-like environment. The residents participate in developmental programming, which will enable them to become self-sufficient through personal growth, education, skill development and / or employment.

YHDP is a joint TH/RR (Transitional Housing/Rapid Rehousing) program that focuses on helping young people experiencing homelessness find, obtain, and maintain housing, further their education, and gain or maintain employment.

The purpose of the apartments is to provide one-bedroom, single occupancy apartments for individuals that are either aging out of foster placement, coming out of residential placement, Department of Youth Services, some place where they have not had the ability to learn independent living skills. Individuals will live here, the staff will work with them on how to balance a checkbook, how to shop, how to cook, find a job, getting enrolled in school, things that most of us learn as we were growing up. All of the rooms are furnished.

Companies can choose individual services or allow WorkLife to develop a customized solution to address a broad range of workplace wellness issues.

Provides long-term domestic violence shelter and advocacy, and is committed to helping survivors and their children achieve their goals. The shelter and support services are provided free of charge.

Provides temporary subsidized housing in private rental units throughout Portage County. Assists residents in achieving and maintaining permanent housing, increasing economic and social empowerment and building on family strengths to improve family functioning and self-determination. Clients are provided with case management, budget counseling, life skills education, employment readiness training, vocational & educational assistance, job search assistance, linkage with other services, housing counseling & placement assistance. Goal is to move the client to permanent housing and self sufficiency. Shelter will help clients who are moving from the shelter into stable housing (such as an apartment) with acquiring household items and furniture.

Provides a domiciliary for veterans while they receive care through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Serves those with chronic substance use disorder, compulsive gambling disorder, chronic mental illness (or who display suicidal ideation or who are in danger of self harm), major medical problems and who are unable to sustain a residence. Offers services such as psychosocial treatment and rehabilitation, outreach services, referrals, vocational counseling, post-discharge community support, compensated work therapy, any necessary medical and dental care, medication, and counseling. Will help individuals access their Veterans benefits. Will also place veterans in group homes inspected by Veterans Affairs.

Provides a shelter for men who are in need of a hand in reorganizing their personal affairs, we offer housing, guidance, prayer and friendship. Currently the only shelter program in a several county area that will house convicted felons.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services for homeless families with the goal of helping them live independently and transition into permanent housing. The facility can accommodate up to four (4) families with a total of 12 to 15 people.

Provides residential and case management services to young adults, ages 18-24 with developmental disabilities who are also the victims of crime. Service is provided for about one year while staff work to connect clients with necessary services and employment in the community.

Provides a residential recovery program for adults who are battling addictions or re-entering society after being released from prison. Two houses each have a full-time live-in Resident Advisor. The program use a faith-based foundation and each resident is required to set goals for themselves, including a personal goal, a recovery goal, a spiritual goal, and an employment goal. Residents are also required to attend support groups, counseling, and treatment outside of the house and to actively engage in in-home individual and group sessions. Housing is provided for program participants only.

Offers a stable environment through supportive services including intensive case management, clinical treatment and peer support. Also serves veterans with special needs by providing access to mental health treatment programs and provides a substance abuse treatment program.

Amethyst offers residential alcohol and drug treatment services for homeless women and homeless women with children.
