Also provides up to $75 worth of diapers and up to $30 in organic baby food coupons.

Provides aid to families in the form of a voucher to buy items or pay for emergency services related to establishing a household (coming out of homelessness or moving into a new unit) and which cannot be addressed using existing community resources. Nursing and community health division providing: communicable disease follow-up; immunizations for children and adults; foreign travel immunizations; flu shots; case management for children with medical handicaps; community health assessment and education; tuberculosis clinic; preventative health services. WIC program provides supplemental nutrition support to women, infants and children under the age of 5.

Program that helps veterans with emergency financial assistance and furniture.

Volunteers pick up donated furniture items. Items are cleaned and prepared at furniture warehouse, them delivered to clients. Accepts the following items: * Twin, double, and queen bed sets * Couches * Recliners/chairs * Kitchen table and chairs * Desks * Bookcases * Small AC units (limited availability) * Dressers (no mirrors) * Faith-based messaging is part of service.

Educates parents and caregivers on the importance of practicing safe sleep or infants, and provides a free portable crib to families who, otherwise cannot afford a safe place for their babies to sleep.

Accepts building donations in which they sell for lower cost to consumers. Also has the Home Sweet Habitat Boutique with low cost clothing. Furniture is sometimes available as well.

Provides education and information concerning infant sleep safety in an effort to prevent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Participants watch a short video to learn best practices such as placing the infant on it's back to sleep and not sharing a bed with the infant. Afterward, the participant is eligible to recieve a portable pack-n-play that the infant can sleep in.

Builds and provides new single twin beds or bunk beds with new mattresses and new bedding (pillows, sheets, comforters). Beds are wooden, built by volunteers with a natural vinegar-based stain. Service includes delivery and assembly of beds.

Items offered vary depending on what has been donated and may include the following: - Bathtubs and faucets. - Cabinets and vanities. - Doors and doorbells. - Fireplace mantels. - Flooring. - Lighting fixtures. - Windows. - May also have furniture items such as tables, chairs, and lamps. Occasionally offers large appliances for resale. All items for sale have been donated from individuals and businesses. NOTE: Items cannot be returned.

Provides material items such as maternity clothing; diapers and wipes; baby and toddler clothing; formula; large items like cribs, carseats and pack-n-plays; and various other baby and toddler materials. Uses a voucher system to provide the items to clients. Offered on an emergency basis, as approved by staff, to others.

Cribs for Kids program offers a portable crib to families that qualify.

Provides a general fund to help address emergency clothing and household goods needs of individuals and families. Please take photo ID to the store as it may be requested when applying for or using a voucher.

Provides a "Pack-n-Play®" portable crib, fitted sheets, a Halo Sleep Sack, Phillips pacifier, and educational materials to eligible families. A brief follow up call will be scheduled for a month after the baby is born or after a Pack 'N Play has been picked up for an existing child.
