Our enhanced service is available to anyone who would like to door to door service, which means that you will go from your home to your appointment without transferring to another bus. Drivers are required to wait 3 minutes for rider. Please be ready to board the bus when it arrives. This bus service is for anywhere inside city limits and up to five (5) miles from the Marion Area Transit Office at 137 S. State St. - Drivers will assist passengers on and off the vehicle and up to the door. - Mobility Devices will be secured for the safety of all passengers. Method of securing will depend upon the type of mobility device. - Drivers will not take a wheelchair up and down more than one step. - We do not provide service into the house or any other building. - All paths, walkways, and ramps need to be clean, in good repair, and be free of all ice and snow.

Provides public transportation along fixed routes at scheduled times. Park and Ride locations are available throughout Hamilton, Clermont, Butler, and Warren Counties. All buses are ADA accessible. For individuals with additional needs, the Access program is available.

May be able to assist with transportation to the Dayton VA Medical Center, with gasoline vouchers for those who can drive themselves, or by providing transportation. Those with appointment(s) have priority.
Provides planned transportation, offering curb-to-curb service with driver assistance, if necessary. Provides transportation for all needs such as medical, social, shopping, bank service, veterinary, etc. Limited out-of-county trips are possible with advanced notification and at a fully allocated cost. Passengers with disabilities are permitted to have service animals accompany them and must notify the office if there is a service animal. Passengers are required to notify the office if they will be using an oxygen tank during their trip.

Provides transportation services for veterans who have appointments at VA medical facilities in Columbus, Chillicothe and Mt. Vernon, Ohio. Space on our van can be reserved by calling our office in advance. Veterans must be ambulatory and able to get in and get out of the van without the assistance of the driver. Medical appointments are to be made no later than 11:30am to minimize waiting time. The van goes to: Columbus VA Medical Center - Mon, Wed, Fri. Chillicothe or Mt. Vernon - Tue, Thu.
