The CMM Mobility Management project is involved in things such as, but not limited to: - Coordination of Transit Services - Eligibility/Referrals for Clients - Driver Training & Call Center - Travel Training Services - Safe Routes to School - Complete Streets & Active Transportation - Local/Regional Transportation Roundtables - Community Education & Public Outreach.

Provides nonemergency door-to-door transportation within Lorain County for older adults who require routine medical services and who are unable to use other available means of transportation. Possible destinations include medical, dental, and vision appointments and hospitals or centers for tests or other regular treatment. Provides door through door assistance and can accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility assistance devices.

Volunteers, when available, pick up patients and transport to and from cancer appointments. Donations are always accepted and can be made by visiting www.cancer.org/donate.

Helps as a last resort those in need of transportation. May not be immediate assistance. Work related transportation not available.

Provides van transportation to medical appointments, shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, personal appointments, errands, and the senior centers.

Provides public transportation by bus. Servicing Stow-Kent, Kent, Ravenna, Windham, Garrettsville, and Hiram.

Provides non-emergency medical transportation for veterans in Pickaway County to the VA appointments.

Operates as a Non-Emergency Transportation (NET) is a state-wide program for Medicaid recipients. Provides transportation for Medicaid recipients to and from Medicaid services. In Summit County, NET is provided through contracted transportation service providers including United Disability Services, METRO Transit, Emmanuel Ventures, and City Yellow Cab.

Customizes transportation plan and operates a door-to-door, personalized transportation service for all Lake County senior citizens and/or senior groups.

Provides medical transportation demand response service.

Provides transportation assistance to women newly diagnosed and are currently receiving treatments with a gynecologic cancer.

Provides access to transportation to recovery-related appointments such as court appearances, medical appointments, visitation with children, and support groups. Transportation assistance type is determined by the agency and may include direct transportation, bus passes, gas cards, or Lyft rides.

Provide assistance with location of non-custodial parents, paternity establishment, establishment and enforcement of child support orders, establishment and enforcement of medical support orders, review and modification of support orders, request other states to enforce an Ohio order of support for parents who live-out-of-state, collecting and disbursing child support payments, and termination of Support Orders.

Demand Service transportation available Monday-Friday, same day service. Expect the bus within a half-hour after time requested, depending on the trip. Please watch for the bus and be ready to board at the curb. The bus will only wait for one minute. This service is available to all citizens. Buses are lift-equipped.

Transportation service is available to eligible Mercer County residents to medical and dental appointments.

Provides public transportation along fixed routes in Summit County. Northcoast Express (x61) provides transportation from downtown Akron to Cleveland (servicing downtown Cleveland, the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland State University, Wade Park Veterans Affairs Hospital, and the Jack Cleveland Casino) along either I-77 or Route 8. Note: Regular line service buses can accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aids within safety guidelines. Provides app-based transportation in Southern Summit County called METRO NEXT.

Provides a demand-responsive, curb-to-curb, advanced reservations, shared-ride transportation service in Carroll County.

AmeriCorps Seniors engages volunteers 55+ with service in the community. Foster Grandparent Program engages low-income seniors (under 200% of the federal poverty threshold) to mentor youth. Qualifying Foster Grandparent Program volunteers receive a modest stipend, meal allowance, and mileage reimbursement. Senior Support Action Group, through the support of volunteers of any age, provides homebound seniors and other medically homebound persons with access to food, transportation, and companionship.

Provides a program that is a free resource from MVRPC for those who work, live or go to college in Montgomery, Greene, Miami, Preble, Darke, Shelby and Clinton Counties. Register for the Rideshare Program and explore smarter ways to commute like ride matching to form a carpool or bikepool, transit and bike routes to match your trip or form a vanpool for longer commutes. MVRPC’s Rideshare Program partners with a statewide commute solutions platform, Gohio Commute to offer smarter ways to improve how you get around Ohio.

Assists individuals with accessing all community transportation options and increases awareness of community transportation needs.

Service provides clients with rides to medical appointments, weekly shopping, and to our facility to eat meals on-site. All requests are on a first come, first served basis. All rides must be scheduled in advance. The transportation cost is based on your destination and is calculated for the round-trip service. The suggested donation for your trip is posted in all the vehicles.
