CABL will pick you up at your curb and is available to anyone living in Washington County.
Reservations for Dial-a-Ride service are recommended at least one day in advance.
You can call up to 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule your trip. Same-day reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at an increased cost.

Our enhanced service is available to anyone who would like to door to door service, which means that you will go from your home to your appointment without transferring to another bus. Drivers are required to wait 3 minutes for rider. Please be ready to board the bus when it arrives. This bus service is for anywhere inside city limits and up to five (5) miles from the Marion Area Transit Office at 137 S. State St.
- Drivers will assist passengers on and off the vehicle and up to the door.
- Mobility Devices will be secured for the safety of all passengers. Method of securing will depend upon the type of mobility device.
- Drivers will not take a wheelchair up and down more than one step.
- We do not provide service into the house or any other building.
- All paths, walkways, and ramps need to be clean, in good repair, and be free of all ice and snow.

Athens On Demand Transit is a program providing accessible and affordable door to door transportation service for all of Athens County. Service is available to persons with disabilities, temporary mobility, and the elderly. Transportation is available to and from anywhere in Athens County.
Service is curb-to-curb unless door-to-door is requested and approved. If there is a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), someone to ride with you and assist you, please let the dispatcher know when you schedule the ride. PCAs are not charged a fee to ride.
