Passes include one-way cab pass, one-way work/education pass, and orange/white 3rd shift and Sunday shift work pass. Total household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Must live within Wooster city limits and be 62 or older, have a disability, or be a veteran or active member of military. * Wooster Transit: Transit passes available for purchase at Community Action-Wayne office. * Mobility Management: Travel Trainers provide transportation information and resource coordination for seniors, people with disabilities, and low-income individuals. * Out of County Medical Transportation: Provides free out-of-county medical transportation to seniors, people with disabilities, and low income (at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines) residents. Up to 6 round trips per year provided. Wheelchair transportation available, and riders allowed to bring one travel companion. Call or email transportation department to enroll. Must provide 72 hour notice.
