Monitors water quality; reads meters; repairs water service lines, main lines, meters and hydrants. Provides residential and commercial water taps, manages the water tower and protects the resident’s overall water quality. Monitors sewage collection and flow, repairs and maintain sewer lines, monitors and maintains lift stations, and facilitates municipal sewage removal.

Responsible for sewer maintenance, water connections from the street to the house, and treatment of sewage and wastewater. In case of basement flooding, will send an inspector to the site to determine if blockage or break is in the main sewer line (for example, the storm sewer in the street) or on private property (from the curb to the house). If needed, will inspect the homeowner's line and will provide "snaking" (or other services) to remove blockage to correct the problem. In some cases, will give the property owner advice on what is needed to remedy the problem. Maintains a list on the city web site of contractors who are licensed and bonded with the city. Lakewood does not have its own waterworks, but obtains water from Cleveland.

Provides billing services for water and sanitary sewer.

The Cambridge Utilities Office is in charge of service sign-ins, sign-outs, billings, and collections for water and sewer service to areas connected to Cambridge Water & Sewer. The area served is divided into zones, with each zone billed quarterly. One zone is read and billed each month. Rates are available upon request.

Maintains and repairs waterworks for commercial, industrial and residential business in Medina City. Includes hydrant flushing, utility service and water distribution. Takes in complaints about waterworks and requests for repairs.

Provides water and sewer services for the Buckeye Lake area including Harbor Hills and Prescott Estates.

The Division of Water serves more than 47,000 customers with over 18,300 connections. Responsible for the maintenance of the City’s water distribution system, including roughly 190 miles of water main, hundreds of valves and fire hydrants as well as thousands of water meters. Web site also provides current list of any Boil Advisories for the area.

Provides comprehensive water and waste utility services as well as billing collections and customer service/relations.

Provides water services to the City of Greenville. Offers customer assistance with securing and maintaining water service, billing concerns, payment arrangements, and other necessary services. Tap water testing of individual residences is usually limited to testing for chlorine content.

Monitors water quality, reads meters, repairs water service lines, main lines, meters and hydrants. Provides residential and commercial water taps, manages the water tower and protects the residents' overall water quality. Monitors sewage collection and flow, repairs and maintains sewer lines, monitosr and maintains lift stations, and facilitates municipal sewage removal.

Responsible for handling water/sewer billing and collection problems, and for responding to inquiries about fees, charges, and payment options.

For after hours emergencies please call the sheriff's department dispatch at 419-524-2412. For persons in the Madison area (portions of Jackson, Jefferson, Madison, Mifflin, and Washington Townships) that need to have water service connected, please call 419-774-5519. They know about all the water service providers in that area. They can refer you to the right one. They will also set-up an account for your sewer at that number. The Richland County Wastewater Treatment plant only bills for the sewer and you have to contact the correct company to set-up an account for your water.

The Utility Billing Department is responsible for billing, collecting, and providing services for sewer, storm and sanitation.
