Promotes low fee checking accounts through the Bank On Rubber City program. Also provides assistance with defaulted student loans. Service is in-person or by phone.

Services include: A) assistance to deaf individuals who need help understanding and managing tasks that require English, such as bills, letters and phone calls, working with bureaucratic entities such as HUD and OJS, and appointments (e.g. with a doctor); B) basic adult education groups to improve daily living skills such as managing money, health equity, Negotiating transportation, and making effective use of technology; C) vocational assistance to those who would like help finding employment; D) Social events to communicate with one another prevent isolation; and E)workshops open to deaf and hard of hearing and family and friends on issues of importance to the deaf community.
