An aquatic/outdoors educational program that serves as a primary prevention and early intervention project for youth. The program is designed to supply activities that are alternatives to drug and alcohol use and experimentation. Also provides eduction services that address stressors such as alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs, violence, leadership skills, coping skills, and other services that negatively impact youth.

Provides a designated officer who works with children/youth who reside in the City of South Euclid at the schools and various community locations.
