Includes Healthy Start and Healthy Families, Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), child care subsidies, food stamps, voter registration and more. Provides benefit navigation, assistance with Social Security and Medicaid applications, and Social Security benefit analysis.

Benefits screened for include Medicare premiums, food stamp assistance (SNAP), Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), Percentage of Income Payment Program (PIPP), Veteran services and benefits, Golden Buckeye, Medicare drug costs, low-cost housing, Ohio Best RX, Safe-Link phone and more.

Offers resources to support and to answer questions and guide clients through services, benefits, and referrals related to child care, schooling, parenting, wellness, housing, and many other needs. Parent Youth Ambassadors have lived experience.

Provides assessment of needs and makes referrals to appropriate agencies. Advocates to resolve problems older adults may encounter with governmental and social service agencies.
