Provides particular focus on signing households up for food stamps (SNAP/Food Assistance). Trained phone staff takes information from the client in order to fill out applications for many programs at once. Applications can be completed and submitted over the phone. Also provides food pantry referrals to the agency's food partner sites in its 5-county service area. Also helps families sign up for the Senior Commodity Box Program.
