Head Start - Mansfield | Ohio Heartland Community Action Commission

Program includes a focus on: Language Arts; Math; Social Studies and Social Skills; Science; Independence.
We guide children through fine arts experiences such as music, help them develop fine, & gross motor skills through physical education classes that enhance your child’s athletic ability, and practice social & self-help skills. You will receive regular reports of your child’s progress and have the opportunity to attend private parent-teacher conferences.
Flying Colors staff is committed to educating children and creating stronger families. Parent workshops help you understand your child’s strengths and weaknesses and aid in your child’s transition to kindergarten. Staff members are on call to answer any questions you may have about child development.

We offer a highly-recognized autism program, developed by a team of child-development experts. A specially-designed classroom is available for children with hearing impairments or speech and language delays. Our school buildings and playgrounds are completely accessible for all children.
