Provide services for developmentally disabled children and adults of Columbiana County. Offers an integrated continuum of education, training and family support services to eligible persons with developmental disabilities, for the entire span of life. Provide after hours emergency services.

Comprehensive behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral /substance problems; individual, group, family counseling; case management/therapeutic behavioral support; summer intensive outpatient program; psychiatric services; 24-hour crisis intervention; school-based suicide prevention program, early child-parent education, ropes and initiative course, mental health evaluation, in-school consultation, peer support, respite.

Educational Services for eligible children ages six to 22 who are referred by their local school districts in order to meet their special need.

Offers a wide variety of programs including full-time, part-time, online, customized training, free Adult Diploma Program, and free GED classes. Focuses on students and assisting them to achieve their goals. Career Services Center provides career coaching, as well as assistance with placement, assessment, and financial aid. Full-time career development programs include opportunities to achieve a relevant certification/licensure. These programs are: - Phlebotomy - Cosmetology - Nail Technician - Practical Nursing - HVACR - Public Safety (EMS, Fire) - STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide) - IT Computer Systems & Networking - LPN to RN Transition - Welding Certification.

Houses Mansfield City School District students in k-grade 8 in the Spanish Immersion Program. Full immersion model. Students will acquire Spanish while learning the district curriculum and state standards in all curricular areas, as well as the state standards for kindergarten in foreign language.

Provides special education assessments and classes for children with special needs. Also provides advanced placement classes for academically gifted children and youth.

Provides children with homework assistance, breakfast/snack, physical activities, fun extended learning opportunities, and a safe place to have fun outside the school day; before and after school care as well as a summer camp.

Provides a variety of adult literacy services. Service includes classes in basic reading and math, classes that refine skills to take one of the tests that serves as the equivalent of a high school diploma, high school equivalency testing, classes to develop English-speaking skills when a first language is not English, and the opportunity for eligible individuals to complete requirements for a high school diploma by passing a job skills test and completing job training in health care, manufacturing, logistics, food preparation, emergency services or construction. Successful fulfillment of job skills test and job training result in a high school diploma as well as any earned certificate.

Provides special educational programming in Family and Consumer Science and support services for teen parents or teens who are pregnant. Also facilitates child care and makes referrals to appropriate social services.

Offers workshops that are designed to implement creative approaches when working with special needs clients. Techniques used and taught may include guided imagery, music/dance/art therapy, writing, movement, and more. Topics vary.

Provides forums, speakers, materials, and reports organization's research results on issues related to fair housing (discrimination, predatory lending, information on fair housing laws, and disabilities in housing). Workshops may count towards continuing legal education.
