Provides training for careers and a wide range of work-related classes for youth. Offerings include courses in animal care, floral design, greenhouse production and landscape mechanics. Business career training includes professional administrative technology for careers in medical/legal technology (some with college credit classes), computer instruction for business-related careers, marketing technology, and training in culinary arts. Also does assessments of youth for career and technical activities, including assessments and services for youth with disabilities who are transitioning from school to work.

High-quality early learning and affordable child care for low-income, working families.

Advocates for child and family issues throughout the state. Offers a newsletter that addresses various family and children's issues. Provides trainings throughout the year for administrators, professional staff, child case workers and foster parents.

Provides educational services for children diagnosed with a developmental disability. Curriculum includes academic standards as well as functional living and work skills to build a child’s independence. In addition to academic development, students participate in a variety of additional services and therapies.

Provides an alternative school for students in grades Kindergarten through 12th that offers enhanced support for children with emotional or behavioral needs.

Program provided education (high school diploma and GED) and vocational training with state certifications. Residential and non-residential openings available in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Cleveland.

Offers State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) classes and is a authorized provider in First Aid training, CPR and ECC courses, beginner and renewal courses available. Has a training site in Ontario, Ashland and Wooster.

Offers instruction focused on preparing students for a particular trade or occupation.

Offers adult basic education. Provides skills review to assist adults in improving their math, reading or English skills to improve employment opportunities or to improve scores on college entrance or placement test. Offers GED preparation for adults interested in obtaining their GED.

Provides a variety of counseling, school social work, and psychological support services to students. Also provides guidance on issues of school adjustment, advanced education options, test preparation, and career choices.

The Fast Forward Re-engagement Center (FFRC) assists youth, who are out of school, not attending regularly or credit deficient to identify a best fit academic option to complete a high school credential and career pathway. FFRC provides one central location in a safe space for students and families to access the resources and coaching needed to re-enroll in school and get back on track to graduation. Established in 2001 and nationally recognized as a one-of-a-kind resource center for out-of-school youth, the FFRC connects with students and families by listening and offering support to help them get back on track for graduation. This is a county-wide collaborative partnership with traditional and non-traditional schools, as well as, community organizations and youth workforce development agencies throughout Montgomery County.

Services include connection to education and training, work readiness, career exploration, preparation for GED/High School Equivalency tests and high school graduation tests, resume and job skills preparation, use of computers for employment, and assistance with removing barriers to employment that may exist. "Participants are provided with case management to address barriers to self-sufficiency such as health, addiction/substance abuse issues, housing, education, transportation, etc."
