Offers a Career & Academic Readiness Education program at Mid-East Career and Technology Centers offers free classes, workshops and programs to help students prepare for the workforce. For some, obtaining a job includes completing high school, improving basic skills, and/or entering college or adult certification programs. All students go through a process to identify their strengths and interests and the careers that line up with those strengths and interests, while taking into consideration what in-demand occupations are available locally. Our classes, with support from Aspire funding, help students meet their individual personal and professional goals.
