Provides auditing of university classes (on a space-available basis), use of physical education facilities, computer labs, and the Career Services Center. No degree may be earned with classes taken through this project. Some classes require permission.

Provides a phone line where callers can find programs that may help them finish their high school equivalency tests and get a diploma or improve their ability to read, write, or do mathematics. Also offers, ESOL and U.S. citizenship classes. Some sites may offer job training for professional certificates alongside preparation for the GED exam.

Certification for health care professionals on various programs including Asthma 1-2-3, NOT on Tobacco , Freedom from Smoking Facilitator and Open Airways for Schools.

Offers older adults to enroll in classes on a non-credit basis (audit).

Provides presentations of papers and workshops several times a year, featuring distinguished psychoanalytic clinicians and educators. Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits are available for mental health practitioners.

Provides opportunities for students to practice literacy skills and study for the GED via computer-based software. Students can work from home, a local library, or other location with reliable Internet access.

Offers a Career & Academic Readiness Education program at Mid-East Career and Technology Centers offers free classes, workshops and programs to help students prepare for the workforce. For some, obtaining a job includes completing high school, improving basic skills, and/or entering college or adult certification programs. All students go through a process to identify their strengths and interests and the careers that line up with those strengths and interests, while taking into consideration what in-demand occupations are available locally. Our classes, with support from Aspire funding, help students meet their individual personal and professional goals.

Offers self-paced instruction for adults who wish to simultaneously work towards a high school diploma and a credential for an in-demand career, such as phlebotomy, information technology (IT), medical or nurse assisting, construction, web and graphic design, or welding.

22+ is an online credit recovery program that recovers the credits the student had in high school to complete a high school diploma and through classes with Pioneer Career and Technology Center.

Provides instruction to help with passing GED and other high school equivalence tests and basic skills (math, reading, and writing) classes. Offers the opportunity to take GED practice test. Provides assistance with life skills training and career planning.

Provides high school diplomas to World War II, Korean, and Vietnam War Veterans who left high school to join the service at that time. No classes are required. The diploma may be from one's own school if it still exists. It is not an equivalency certificate or other substitute.

Provides career and vocational assessment and counseling for unemployed or underemployed individuals looking for a career change. Also offers assistance with resume-writing, interviewing skills, and job search activities.

Provides technical and legal advice and offers assistance to immigrants, refugees, and United States citizens with immigration related problems. Offers assistance with naturalization process and other citizenship related questions. Naturalization study guides and citizenship classes are available upon request.

Provides information, education and support for breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human-milk-feeding.

Provides one-on-one tutoring for people age 18 and older who need to improve their basic reading and literacy skills. Tutoring provided by trained tutors who are certified by Project: Learn.
