Provide services for developmentally disabled children and adults of Columbiana County. Offers an integrated continuum of education, training and family support services to eligible persons with developmental disabilities, for the entire span of life. Provide after hours emergency services.

Provides a functional life skills curriculum, therapies and support services as prescribed in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) developed by the student's school district of residence.

Provides special education programming and services to partner school districts in Clermont County.

Offers a program for toddlers to help them master the skills of self-care, engage in activities with a teacher, and learn to function in a group setting. The primary care giver participates in the classroom with the child and works closely with the child's teacher and therapist. Each class is limited to six children.
