Provides early childhood development programs to children ages birth to five from income eligible (low-income) families. Children attend early childhood centers as well as learn about computers, art, science, music, and more. Home-based services are also available as an alternative to center-based services.

Provides the point of access to early childhood services (birth-3) including, referrals to ongoing Help Me Grow services such as newborn (up to 6 months) home visiting and early intervention services for infants and toddlers diagnosed with, or at risk of having, a disability or developmental delay. Central Coordination also provides linkage to other family / community support services.

Specialized Information and Referral
Provides assistance to school districts in completing a multifactored evaluation for children who have or are suspected of having a disability including audiological, low vision, motor and augmentative communication disabilities. Provides technical assistance to local district evaluation teams regarding best practice techniques in evaluation. Also serves as an information and referral service for community resources available to families of children with disabilities.
