Provides a voucher to help cover the cost of taking a Ohio High School Equivalency (HSE) test that can result in the equal of a high school diploma for successful test takers. The voucher discounts but does not erase the cost of a test.

Founded in 1988, Young Scholars Program annually identifies and serves hundreds of academically talented first generation college students from economically-challenged backgrounds.
