Dental Clinic that provides free Emergency Dental Care to individuals without private insurance, Medicaid, or other government dental plan, or insurance coverage is denied for the emergency service. 2-1-1 Crisis/Hotline and Information Center does the scheduling for LUDC. All appointments must be made through 2-1-1.

Provides pregnancy testing and counseling, alternative to abortion counseling and spiritual counseling. Refers to outside doctors for OB/GYN major services and delivery.

Psychiatric team provides Pharmacologic Management services. Complete Psychiatric Evaluations are done to determine if the client has any biological abnormalities causing symptoms of a mental health disorder, which may require psychiatric intervention. Once the need is determined, the psychiatric team may then provide medication management by prescribing and supervising psychiatric medication to clients on a face-to-face contact basis.

Program is for individuals addicted to opioids such as heroin, morphine, or prescription medications. All clients are required to undergo random urine drug screen and participate in intensive counseling sessions and other recovery activities.

Provides medical attention for conditions that are not life-threatening and do not require an emergency room visit. Also offers certified pediatricians who deliver care to eligible patients. ExpressCare problems which can be seen include acute sore throat; ear or sinus infections, minor cuts and bumps; cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, or skin rashes. Would not see broken bones; major burns or trauma; or acute psychiatric problems.

Provides eye screening and eye examinations for youth enrolled in the school district. Will also provide eye glasses if indicated by the screening. Done in conjunction with Cleveland Clinic.

Provides free, at-home COVID-19 test kits.

Offers a Medicaid Funded program that offers home and community based services that are person-centered and aimed at supporting individuals in the community for individuals diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) or with a diagnosed chronic condition (DCC). The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) has contracted with CareSource to manage the Specialized Recovery Services program in the state of Ohio.

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing a combination of specialized therapy services and skilled nursing care in a calming and quiet environment.

Offers a residential program for individuals with Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease and other dementias. Provides individualized programs and activities that are tailored to the needs of each resident. Residential facility is specially designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimers and other dementias. Services include: assistance with daily living activities, private rooms, housekeeping and structure actitivies (therapy, religious programming, exercise).

Provides two lactation centers staffed with certified lactation consultants. Answers questions about breastfeeding, offers individualized consultations and breastfeeding education and support. Offers electric breast pumps for sale or rent and for eligible persons, offers recondition breast pumps for a lower cost. Also, offers a variety of other products for pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Offers general physical examinations. Provides pediatric primary care services including well baby care and care for illnesses. Services provided by attending residents and nurse practitioners. Some sites offer podiatry services.

Offers Birth Control Counseling, Pregnancy Counseling, Sexuality and Reproductive Health Education programs.

Offers assistance to help pay for prescriptions. NOTE: Does not provide assistance with narcotics.

PCHD offers immunizations with VFC (Vaccine for Children), for age's birth through the age of eighteen, needing routine immunizations. Immunizations are offered at certain times on a walk-in basis. Adult Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B and Tetanus are available also.

Offers after school activities for youth ages 6 to 17 who have developmental disabilities. Which include arts and crafts, outside play, reading, movies and homework assistance. During the Dayton Public Schools calendar school year schedule.

Comprehensive behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral /substance problems; individual, group, family counseling; case management/therapeutic behavioral support; summer intensive outpatient program; psychiatric services; 24-hour crisis intervention; school-based suicide prevention program, early child-parent education, ropes and initiative course, mental health evaluation, in-school consultation, peer support, respite.

Allows families to temporarily borrow specialized adaptive equipment for their child, teen or young adult with a disability. Offers wheelchairs, walkers, bath seats, standers, gait trainers, feeder seats and more.
