Dental Clinic that provides free Emergency Dental Care to individuals without private insurance, Medicaid, or other government dental plan, or insurance coverage is denied for the emergency service. 2-1-1 Crisis/Hotline and Information Center does the scheduling for LUDC. All appointments must be made through 2-1-1.

Provides centralized access to services and opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities age three and older. Services include but are not limited to: socialization opportunities, early childhood development, limited financial assistance for disability related needs, workforce development, assistance obtaining a driver's license, and housing opportunities.

Provides pregnancy testing and counseling, alternative to abortion counseling and spiritual counseling. Refers to outside doctors for OB/GYN major services and delivery.
Psychiatric team provides Pharmacologic Management services. Complete Psychiatric Evaluations are done to determine if the client has any biological abnormalities causing symptoms of a mental health disorder, which may require psychiatric intervention. Once the need is determined, the psychiatric team may then provide medication management by prescribing and supervising psychiatric medication to clients on a face-to-face contact basis.

Program is for individuals addicted to opioids such as heroin, morphine, or prescription medications. All clients are required to undergo random urine drug screen and participate in intensive counseling sessions and other recovery activities.

ExpressCare problems which can be seen include acute sore throat; ear or sinus infections, minor cuts and bumps; cold and flu symptoms, sprains and strains, or skin rashes. Would not see broken bones; major burns or trauma; or acute psychiatric problems.
Provides eye screening and eye examinations for youth enrolled in the school district. Will also provide eye glasses if indicated by the screening. Done in conjunction with Cleveland Clinic.
