Offers a free prescription discount card that is accepted at over 60,000 pharmacies. There are no income, insurance or residency requirements, and there is no registration process needed to use the card. One card can be shared with friends and family members or each can print his or her own. The card can also be used for over-the-counter medications and medical supplies if written on a prescription blank, as well as pet prescription medicines purchased at a pharmacy. The card cannot be combined with insurance.

Helps families: - Navigate a new diagnosis of hearing loss and working together to identifying strengths to help communication skills. - Understand their child's hearing loss and new hearing technology. - Learn strategies to keep hearing aids and cochlear implants on little ears. - Learn ways to support their child in developing communication skills and ways to encourage their child to be aware and understand sounds, gestures, or sign language. - Learn how to use daily routines to be the best hearing experience. - Collaborate with other therapies and programs. - Transition to preschool.

Provides early intervention specialists who offer strategies and information to parents or caregivers so they can support, encourage and challenge their child to progress in his or her development.

Provides immunizations to adults on a seasonal or year round basis depending on the type of vaccine and vaccine availability. Typical immunizations offered include tetanus/diphtheria booster, hepatitis A/B, pneumococcal shot, meningococcal and travel vaccinations.

Provides financial assistance for combat wounded, critically ill, and injured service members and their families during hospitalization and recovery. Assistance includes: - Bedside Financial Support: offers needs-based financial assistance for expenses that are most pressing during a long hospitalization or rehabilitation. Covers expenses such as additional travel/lodging expenses, childcare, and out of pocket expenses. - Housing Assistance: provides adaptive housing for wheelchairs and helps those who have fallen behind on housing payments due to injury. - Transportation Assistance: offers adaptive modes of transportation including modified wheelchairs, lift ramps, vehicles, and snow removal equipment.

Provides preventive medical care services such as physicals, childhood and adult immunizations, checkups to follow the development of babies, screening for lead poisoning through blood tests and the services of pediatricians.
