Offers a full complement of dental services to children and adults with developmental disabilities or other special needs. Ongoing services are available to individuals within Franklin County. Provides community outreach through dental screenings and oral health instruction.

Provides food, child care, Medicaid, cash, transportation, rent and utility assistance; child support enforcement; paternity establishment; child protective services; foster parent licensing and training; adult protective services.

Administers testing for the detection of a variety of sexually transmitted infections.

Offers a Nutritionist who gives onsite nutritional consultations and teaches cooking classes.

Offers periodic Infant-toddler developmental screenings for children age 0-2 who are suspected of having a problem in hearing, language, learning, social-emotional, or motor skills. Screening takes about one hour.

PPSWO provides family planning services, this includes services for birth control, STD testing and treatment, annual and breast exams, pregnancy test and options counseling, UTI, Trich, yeast and bacterial vaginosis testing and treatment, PEP and PREP testing and prescriptions as well as comprehensive sex education training.

Provides care for women who have routine pregnancies, including delivery and providing medical care as needed.

Partners with businesses to develop customized programs to meet their employee's needs including drug and alcohol testing, employee assistance programs, training and team building, drug-free workplace training/development, immunizations, counseling, BWC training and more. Companies can choose individual services or allow WorkLife to develop a customized solution to address a broad range of workplace wellness issues.

The Free Care Program offers free family medicine and social services care. Accept patients until capacity is reached and offers additional services such as diabetes screenings, hypertension screenings and treatment, vision screenings, laboratory services, prescription services, specialty referrals, spiritual care, dental referrals, and chiropractic care. We do not serve individuals under age 18.

Group offering education, encouragement and support to anyone whose life is effected by an ostomy. Family members, and people considering an ostomy are welcome. Meets on odd months at Humility House 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown; and even months at St. E's Boardman 8401 Market Street in the Woodland Room. Parking is free and light refreshments are served.

Provide nutrition education and supplemental food for women, infants and children who are determined to be a nutritional risk. Provides supplemental foods such as milk, eggs, cheese, fruit juices, etc. at no cost to participants.
