Provides primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health services. Accepts all major public and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing. The Behavioral Health team offers Psychiatry and Individual Psychotherapy. Dentistry services include emergency dental care; preventative care (exams, x-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction & education); and restorative care (fillings, crowns, dentures, partials, simple extractions, simple root canals.

Provides fire protection, business and home inspections and preventive services to Olmsted Township. Services include carbon monoxide testing, blood pressure screening and will replace smoke detector and smoke detector batteries for seniors. Lockboxes are available and will be installed (for a one time fee).
