Dental, Nutrition, Spiritual, Substance Use Disorder Treatment, Behavioral Health, Vision and Pharmacy care are available for Primary Care patients. Referrals can be made for specialty care and specialty pharmacy.

Signature Health offers free, confidential HIV and Hepatitis C testing.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: Signature Health is continuing to offer all services. There are doctors, counselors, case managers, and supervisors on site every day. Hours of operation are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Telehealth will be used as much as possible. Anyone who enters the building will have their temperature taken. Provides full service reproductive health clinic and same day services.

The Health Center is a patient-centered medical home offering preventive and primary care to patients of all ages. Medical services will include, but are not limited to: treatment of illness such as ear aches, colds, sore throats, sinus infections and management of chronic disease such as diabetes; physical exams for work, school and sports; well-child exams; immunizations for children and adults; and women’s health including pregnancy tests and Pap tests. Dental services include cleanings, fillings, sealants, extractions, x-rays, fluoride treatments, oral health exams and oral cancer screenings. Other clinical services include substance abuse treatment and counseling services. Health Center staff will also connect patients with other community services that can help them, including tobacco cessation classes and nutrition counseling. Medical services are available at the East Main Street Danville Health Center location.

May be able to provide clients with a limited supply of some prescriptions written by Free Clinic physicians. Will also help clients access and complete paperwork for patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions.
