Occupational related drug and alcohol testing services are available. An Authorization for Testing form is to be completed by a company representative and sent with an employee to facilitate testing upon arrival.

Prisoners with a history of substance abuse have several options for recovery. DCI provides residential and outpatient treatment programs certified by the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS). DCI was ODADAS certified in June 1995.

Provides enforcement of local, regional and federal laws within the boundaries of the city of University Heights. Services include loaning equipment to identify personal property in the case it might be stolen and analysis by the police of substances people may want to have evaluated.

Provides a municipal police department for the Village of Newburgh Heights. Accepts crime reports and maintains police reports and records. Also provides substance abuse analysis for concerned residents.

Provides law enforcement services for the City of Maple Heights. Services include fingerprinting of people of all ages for identification purposes. Serves as a site for the County Children Who Witness Violence Program. Also has engraving equipment which can be used to mark identification numbers on personal property.

Provides police protection services, a bicycle patrol, fingerprinting, will loan engraving equipment for property identification, and analyze unknown substances.
