We offer a variety of collection and testing services including: - Alcohol Testing: Alco -Sensor IV Breath Analyzer - Drug Testing: DHHS - Certified Forensic Laboratories and On-site Methodologies Providing Rapid Turn-Around - Chain-of-Custody Specimen Collection (Hair & Urine): For employers with an existing laboratory arrangement but that require local specimen collection and dispatch. - DOT and Ohio BWC Drug Free Workplace Testing, Training and Educational Services .

Screening And Testing Services | Rambo Memorial Health Center

Blood Pressure screening is available upon request. No physician referral is necessary, however, they are often performed at the request of a physician to assist in monitoring the patient's hypertension. Individuals are welcome to come in at any time and have their blood pressure checked. Cholesterol - ALT/AST Screening is provided by appointment. A 12-hour fasting period prior to testing is recommended to ensure accuracy of your testing. Cholesterol screening measures the following: - Total Cholesterol - HDL (good cholesterol) - LDL (bad cholesterol) - Triglycerides - ALT/AST (liver function) - Glucose. Our nursing staff will explain your test results and provide you with American Heart Association approved lists of foods to help bring your cholesterol numbers in line with current AMA recommendations. We will fax or mail your cholesterol results to your physician at your request. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) testing measures the following: NA+, K+, CL-, CA - electrolytes or minerals that regulate cell function and internal water balance TCO2 - bicarbonate that keeps the blood from becoming too acidic or too basic GLU - glucose BUN / CRE - kidney function ALP, ALT / AST, TBIL - liver function ALB & TP - proteins in the blood, kidney and liver function Our nursing staff will explain your test results. We will fax or mail your CMP results to your physician at your request.
