Offers specialty clinics in family practice medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics/gynecology, internal medicine, bariatric surgery, nephrology, neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, and urology. Other services include: illness prevention, pharmacy, on-site social worker, diabetes education, high blood pressure treatment, lab services, and x-rays.

Accepts referrals for patients of any age with personal or family history of birth defects or genetic disease.
