Provides initial screening that may lead to arranging an appointment for an in-home Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination, including booster shots. Vaccination is provided by outside organizations such as the local fire department, National Guard, etc. The vaccine provided (Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson) will depend on availability and client preference. Client preference may affect how long it will take to receive the vaccine (for example, if the client wants the Moderna vaccine, and none is available at the time, the client may have a longer wait for service).

Assists a limited number of patients with Medically Assisted Treatment (Suboxone and Subutex for pregnant women), home-based medication management and education, referrals to individual counseling within the agency, and home-based supportive services (case managements).

Offers a nutritional educational program for individuals at risk of developing diabetes. A trained lifestyle coach will introduce topics in a small classroom setting and encourage participants as to explore how healthy eating, physical activity and behavior changes can benefit their health.

Provides a women's clinic staffed by residents, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives who offer obstetrics, gynecology (OB/GYN) and family planning services for women. Licensed midwives and physicians provide childbirth education and health care services for pregnant women during pregnancy and delivery. Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers nutrition services. Provides clients supportive services including social work and nutrition services.

Provides open forums 4 to 6 times each year, on topics of general interest to mental health community. Some presentations are directed towards special populations including African American, Hispanic/Latino, and LGBTQ audiences.

Provides fire prevention and protection services for the residents of Strongsville. Offers carbon monoxide testing, blood pressure screening, fire prevention information and education, CPR classes, safety and first aid for babysitters, safety awareness seminars, home safety inspections, and fire extinguisher training.
