Provides financial assistance toward the installation costs of necessary home modifications for those with disabilities, and also to pay for counseling, training, and education for family members caring for an individual with developmental disabilities.

Provides supplemental food vouchers; nutrition education; breastfeeding education, support and counseling; and referral services to eligible women and children.

Offers senior health support services as well as educational programs to help adults of any age learn the physical, psychological, spiritual and social aspects of healthy aging.

Offers fire protection, emergency medical services, and fire prevention education. Provides open burn permits. Offers CPR, Automated Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid training throughout the year, and provides carbon monoxide testing. Speaks to local groups, businesses, and schools about fire prevention. Provides blood pressure screening and may provide smoke detectors and installation as long as supplies are available. Also provides lock boxes to older adults and persons with disabilities; box contains a house key so that emergency personnel do not have to break the door down when responding to a call. Provides special signs so that emergency personnel may see addresses better.

Provides health-related activities and cultural and educational programs that reflect the Jewish heritage.

Provides information about the etiology, symptoms, preventive measures, screening/diagnostic procedures, and methods of treatment for pulmonary hypertension. Disseminates information about the latest research related to the problem.

Provides individualized nutritional assessment, counseling, and care planning, to promote optimal nutrition and prevent disease.

Support group for individuals/families impacted by COVID-19. Offer coping strategies, support network, mental health resources, grief support.

A registered dietitian provides individual counseling for meal planning, food choices and other dietary management issues in addition to teaching diabetes classes with Central Ohio Diabetes Association's nurse educator. Also schedules cooking demonstrations, which offer recipes and how-to advice to help individuals maintain a healthy diet, and talks on a variety of nutritional topics.

Program provides poison prevention education to health care providers, students, parents and the general public

Offers educational information sessions for those living with early-stage memory loss and their families. Covers topics such as identifying needs, making health decisions, legal issues, moods, behaviors, and personal safety. Participants are given individualized workbooks that provide information for now and for the future.

Assists participants with addressing and overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency through home and telephonic visits by Community Health Workers. Also assists with identification, referral and follow-up on issues related to healthcare, social services, education, and employment.

Answers questions about mental health and provides referrals to resources in the caller's area, such as treatment and housing services. Does NOT provide legal assistance or referrals to specific treatment providers.

Provides a 12-week multidisciplinary program for chidlren and youth with a BMI greater than the 85 percentile. Each 90 minute session is run by a dietician, a behavioral health specialist, and an exercise physiologist. Children and parents meet separately or the first hour and then jointly to work with the exercise physiologist for the last 30 minutes.
