Will assist with medication management to improve glucose levels.

Tobacco cessation program to help pregnant women quit smoking and stay tobacco free after baby is born. Women who enroll in the program, quit smoking and remain tobacco free after the baby is born receive free diapers for 12 months (voucher to Walmart each month).

Electric Partnership Program helps to improve the electric efficiency of eligible households. Performs in-home audits and installs appropriate electric energy efficiency measures to reduce electric usage. Community Connections program provides and in-home engergy use evaluation and energy saving home improvements such as appliance testing and possible replacement and energy education. Energy efficiency kits containing LED light bulbs, night lights, smart strips and furnace whistles).

Provides information on bleeding disorders to telephone clients.

The Diabetes Education Program offers awareness and education to the community about risk factors related to diabetes and chronic illnesses associated with diabetes. The eight week program includes educational seminars, personal training and membership with the Miami County YMCA during the program and for six months after the progam is completed.

The Assistive Technology Center at OCALI features resources, supports, professional development and a short-term lending library to assist in the effective implementation of assistive technologies for persons with disabilities. Assistive technologies can assist those with disabilities to more independently access school, work and life activities.

Provides support groups for families affected by Crohn's Disease or Colitis. Other services include awareness and educational opportunities for patients and families with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
