Offers pregnancy tests, pap tests, birth control, and STD testing. Also offers a fitness program to encourage bone density and nutrition services. Bringing Healthy Home is a program of Hocking Athens Perry Community Action and the Southeast Ohio Foodbank that is funded by the Ohio Department of Health .The program provides nutritious food .education, and case management to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their families. Program includes: - Food Deliveries - once a month during pregnancy and once a month for 4 months following birth. The amount of food is dependent on family size. - Home Visits & Case Management - will occur at the time of food delivery. - Group Educational Activities - there will be several opportunities to attend educational events with the programs cohorts. - Communication - active communication with program staff is encouraged.

Each 90 minute session is run by a dietician, a behavioral health specialist, and an exercise physiologist. Children and parents meet separately or the first hour and then jointly to work with the exercise physiologist for the last 30 minutes.

SNAP-Ed is a nutrition education program serving SNAP-eligible adults with or without children and children preschool to school-age to adults of all ages.
