The United Community Rx Program is a unique collaborative program in Marion County. The program, which is funded by the Marion Community Foundation, United Way of Marion County and the Community Services Block Grant, assists Marion residents to obtain prescriptions in an affordable manner for immediate and ongoing needs.

Provides assistance with gas, fuel oil, propane, electric bills, rent, and prescriptions if funds are available. Also offers gas cards to individuals to get to the doctor, hospital, or starting a new job.

The support group meets in Mercy Memorial Hospital's main floor conference room, 904 Scioto St.,Urbana. Can sometimes help with co-pays and prosthetics related to breast cancer.

Medication Assistance Program is available for Muskingum County residents, who have a respiratory diagnosis. The clinic will assist with the purchase of TB and respiratory medications for those who qualify for our financial assistance program. We can also supplement other programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance co-pays. Will also assist with applications for pharmaceutical companies' assistance programs. For non-respiratory medications, nurses will make arrangements for you to meet with other local agencies who may provide that service.

Provides prescription drug payment assistance. Assistance may be available for up to $100.

Providing healthcare for all ages in Madison County including pediatrics, family care, women's services, and chronic care management.

Provides assistance toward the cost of Private, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE insurance premiums, and treatment-related co-pays and co-insurance for prescription drugs, labs, scans, and tests. Award levels vary by disease fund.

The Community Health Center has contracted with Walmart and both Kroger locations in Marion to help consumers access savings on prescription medications.

Most of our health centers have a pharmacy in the same building. Eligible patients without insurance can save on the cost of your medications. Discounts up to 50% are based on how much money you make and how many people are in your house. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare Part-D, or private insurance. This is an income-based program that assists people who need help buying prescription medication. Certain medications are excluded. Offers Financial assistance and free injections is given to qualifying individuals who are uninsured, under insured or who cannot meet their insurance co pays. Offers Outpatient Detox, IOP, Detox, Casemanagement, Residentail Placement,Transporations assistance, Domestic Violence/Anger Management programs, Counseling, Group Theraphy and more.

Provides financial assistance to purchase necessary prescription drugs for people who would be in an emergency situation without assistance.

The Saint Vincent de Paul assists residents in the Troy area with prescriptions.

Provides assistance to individuals who may need support with prescription expenses.

Provides prescription assistance to individuals diagnosed with epilepsy, seizure disordrs or sysmptoms associated with epilepsy by a physician in our service area. Income must be at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines.

Provides resources for cancer patients, including: * Nutrition supplements (Boost, Boost Pudding, Boost Glucose Control, Ensure, Ensure Clear, Pedialyte) * Transportation and mileage reimbursement * Prescription assistance * Medical supplies and equipment (Medical equipment includes items such as wheelchairs, walkers, bedside commodes, shower benches, raised toilet seats, electric beds, and more. Medical supplies include such items as dressings, tapes, latex gloves, ostomy supplies, bed pads, pull-ups, briefs, and chux.) * Adapted clothing items (wigs, mastectomy items, zip tees, chemo hats) * One-time financial assistance with rent, utilities, or childcare for those with qualifying income

Provides a wide range of services for individuals, family and friends of people affected by epilepsy and those with developmental disabilities. Services include information and referral, advocacy and case management, non-medical transportation, work skills lab/job coaching/community employment, prescription and benefits assistance, peer support groups, family support network, family camp, and quarterly education programs (Living With Epilepsy series).

Helps as a last resort those in need with prescription expense assistance. May not be immediate assistance.

Provides prescription expense assistance for chronic illnesses. Assists uninsured and unde-rinsured patients in obtaining low-cost or free medications available through pharmaceutical companies. Provides technical assistance to access free or reduced cost medications. * All services have a faith-based message.

Provides free prescription medication to patients. Screens and refers patients to other agencies to meet other social needs. See formulary on website for list of medications provided consistently. Call for questions about availability of specific medications not on formulary.

Provides direct, treatment-related financial assistance to people in the United States who are living with chronic kidney disease.
