Provides medical prescriptions for life-saving medicine to qualifying individuals. Life-saving prescriptions include those needed by diabetics, such as insulin, heart and blood pressure medication, and drugs used by asthmatics or those with other breathing disorders.

Provides all types of insulin and a 30-day supply of lancets and/or syringes for monitoring blood sugar levels. Also can provide pen needles for pre-loaded diabetic pens as well as as the pens. Type and amount of supplies available varies. Will work with clients to access other patient assistance programs.

Provides payment assistance with housing expenses: mortgage payments, rent payments, home insurance payments, and home repairs; vehicle expenses: car payments, auto insurance payments, car repairs; utilities: gas, electric, water, and primary phone bills. Also provides payment assistance with diapers, formula, school or childcare expenses. Provides payment assistance with medical bills, co-pays, prescriptions, and eyeglasses. May help with many other various expenses if needed. All grants are paid directly to the creditor and not to the applicant.

Provides assistance toward the cost of Private, Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE insurance premiums, and treatment-related co-pays and co-insurance for prescription drugs, labs, scans, and tests. Award levels vary by disease fund.

Provides emergency prescription expense assistance of up to $20 limited to three (3) times per year.

Provides assistance in meeting the costs of medicine and emergency needs when no other means are available. There is a limit of $400/calendar year ($200/semi yearly) for assistance with medication grants. There is a one-time/year amount of up to $100 for emergency grants. Emergency needs may include, but are not limited to, utilities and car repair. Offers transportation assistance in the form of mileage reimbursement, bus passes, and cab vouchers (on an emergency basis) for dialysis and transplant patients. Makes available personalized medical alert tags. No assistance is offered for rent, mortgage, or lease payments. Also offers financial assistance to those with kidney disease who are pursuing higher education.

Provides prescription assistance.

Offers financial assistance to cancer patients and their families, including transportation, prescription, and financial assistance, medical and nutrition supplies, and specialized clothing/wigs.

Provides assistance in gas and electric bill payments, rent and mortgage assistance, gas cards, and occasional prescription assistance when funds are available.

Assistance may be provided for eligible veterans or their surviving spouses to help pay for prescriptions.

Provides assistance in obtaining prescriptions for individuals who are uninsured or, for other reasons, cannot afford to pay the market price. Helps qualifying individuals complete and file paperwork for submission to drug manufactors to request medication and provides financial assistance to purchase necessary prescription drugs to individuals who would be in an emergency situation without assistance.

Provides primary care and other medical services. Services include assistance with medications, dental and vision care.

Helps those in need of monetary assistance with rent, utilities, prescriptions and emergency lodging (one night, two meals). Help is provided one time during the fiscal year of October 1st - September 30th per household.
