Walk in assistance for the homeless. Can provide a nights lodging at a local motel for the homeless. Can also assist with low cost medications. For those just starting a job and needing special shoes (steel toed or non skid) they can help with purchase of the shoes. Help in replacing identification and prescription assistance.

Offers a maximum of $300 assistance (per year) in rent, utility bill (electric or gas), and prescriptions, based on availability of funding. Serves as a liaison between charitable, education, health care and non-profit organizations in Columbiana County and residents age 55 and older who wish to volunteer. Participants are matched with agencies based on their skills, interests and geographic location. Telefriend provides peer telephone reassurance calls.

Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.

Muskingum Valley Health Centers operate as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). As an FQHC, we are able to provide our patients with significant savings, estimated to be 20% to 40%, on the cost of pharmaceuticals. MVHC, Shriver's Pharmacy and Northside Pharmacy, have collaborated to reach MORE patients that are eligible and provide MORE comprehensive services. COVID-19 Temporary Message: Country Neighbor will temporarily suspend the congregate meal service in our dining rooms and programming activities in both Andover and Orwell effective Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, April 3, 2020 due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Prescription Hope offers individuals access to over 1,500 brand-name and generic prescription medications for $60 a month per medication through Prescription Hope's medication access service. Covers 100% of the cost of the medication, no matter the retail price of the medication.

Helps those in need of monetary assistance with rent, utilities, prescriptions and emergency lodging (one night, two meals). Help is provided one time during the fiscal year of October 1st - September 30th per household.

Offers financial assistance programs for veterans in need on a case by case basic with help for utilities, prescription assistance, rent or mortgage and just everyday living expenses.

Provides limited assistance to anyone in need in the Jamestown area. Will assist with food, personal products, infant/toddler needs, gas/oil, utilities (water, electric and gas), prescriptions, and limited financial aid for a wide variety of situations. Will provide traveler's aid on a case-by-case basis.
