Provides medical prescriptions for life-saving medicine to qualifying individuals. Life-saving prescriptions include those needed by diabetics, such as insulin, heart and blood pressure medication, and drugs used by asthmatics or those with other breathing disorders.
Provides all types of insulin and a 30-day supply of lancets and/or syringes for monitoring blood sugar levels. Also can provide pen needles for pre-loaded diabetic pens as well as as the pens. Type and amount of supplies available varies. Will work with clients to access other patient assistance programs.

Makes available personalized medical alert tags. No assistance is offered for rent, mortgage, or lease payments. Also offers financial assistance to those with kidney disease who are pursuing higher education.
