• Able to walk up the steps of a corporate aircraft without assistance
• Not in need of oxygen, IV, or onboard medical assistance.

By taking a Corporate Angel flight, a patient:

• Receive lifesaving specialized treatment not available in their local area
• Able to travel to clinical trials resulting in potential cures for thousands
• Avoid dangers of commercial travel due to immune deficiencies
• Reduce financial burden of travel
• Can be accompanied by family member(s) or companion
• Financial qualification not required.

Provides a connection for travel to treatment locations through commercial air and ground transportation (gas cards, or commercial bus or Amtrak tickets.) Ensures patients in need will be able to receive distant specialized evaluation, diagnosis or treatment. Also provides referrals to programs that provide low-cost options.

Mercy Medical Angels provides free transportation to medical care, ensuring that no one in need is denied medical care because they don't have transportation. Ground transportation is provided with gas cards, bus, and train tickets. Air transportation is flown by volunteer pilots or commercial airlines.
