Provide birth certificates for anyone born in Ohio and death certificates for Mahoning County residents; group home, rest home and nursing home inspections and licensure program; food and sanitary inspections; information on AIDS and free distribution on safer sex products; well child/infant immunizations and adult immunizations; reproductive health and wellness clinic; sexually transmitted infection clinic; rodent and mosquito control program.

Provides pregnancy options counseling services from a pro-life perspective that encourages taking the pregnancy to term. A pregnancy test, ultrasound, community referrals and support are offered as part of the options counseling.

Midwives attend births at Fairview Hospital to provide Birth and Doula support. Midwives also provide: pelvic exams, PAP tests, breast exams and scheduling of routine mammograms, family planning including birth control and emergency contraception, treatment of other concerns like yeast infections, sexually transmitted diseases, irregular periods, PMS, sexual health, menopause care and support for women dealing with depression and partner/domestic violence, a nurse advice line, 24 hour provider coverage, breastfeeding and lactation support and consultation, free pregnancy tests, and same day and evening appointments.

Support can be offered to the client's family as well as to the father (or alleged father) of the baby. Participants have the opportunity to earn points that may be used to purchase baby items from the agency such as: infant clothing, formula, and diapers.

Provides various programs from breastfeeding support, WIC programs, tobacco cessation/education and birth control counseling, and blood tests.

These services include: work physicals, health screenings, treatment for non-emergency illnesses and vision care. Also offer free pregnancy care including free ultrasounds or pregnancy tests, computer repair, and bicycle repair (Apr-Sept).
