In the event that a patient’s condition is beyond the scope of our resources, we refer patients to the Wexner Medical Center at the Ohio State University for further care.

The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Services include physical exams, screenings, podiatry, physical therapy, well-child care, flu vaccines, chronic disease management, women's health, and other related primary care services. Clients can fill prescriptions written by agency doctors at a specific pharmacy at a discounted price. Care Coordinators also assist patients with finding and applying for prescription assistance programs. Provides substance abuse and behavioral health counseling.

Operates a free general wellness clinic operated by volunteer health care professionals. Provides physicals and will treat acute illnesses (such as sore throats, colds, flu) and chronic conditions (High blood pressure, diabetes, skin issues, COPD/asthma, etc). Offers blood pressure testing. Operates an on site pharmacy that fills prescriptions written by Faith Baptist physicians. Can sometimes fill an outside prescription if it is for a current client and received as a result of emergency room treatment. Does not stock narcotics.

A health clinic specializing in primary care. Offers medical services such as general medical health care, physical examinations, care for illnesses and a variety of specialty services. Persons receiving medical services may become primary care clients of the center. Patients may receive behavioral health services immediately if primary care physician thinks it is needed after an appointment.

Healthcare is offered for Miami County and contiguous counties' residents who are uninsured or underinsured.
