Provides 24 hour nursing social services, psychological services, and activities for adults age 21 and older. Also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Provides health screening and diagnostice services

Offers comprehensive assessment and care for Parkinson's Disease, including evaluation by a neurologist and physician's assistant, specially trained in movement disorders. Service includes occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, and swallowing therapy. Goal is to develop endurance and independence through home exercise and other interventions. Also provides education on the illness for caregivers.

Professional educators provide community programs and screenings to promote health and wellness. Programs include Women in Touch, Healthier at Home, Resource Mothers, Fatherhood Support, Centering Pregnancy, Hispanic Health, Stepping Out, Prescription Assistance and community health events for men and women. Screenings include blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, osteoporosis, body fat, balance, and carbon monoxide.

Provides social, recreational, educational and therapeutic activities to adults who have a physical, cognitive, and/or developmental disability. Services include the following: - Social, recreational and educational activities. - Community-based activities. - Nursing support. - Personal care. - Social services, advocacy, and referral. - Transportation to and from the program is available.

Program provides a wide variety of services to families with children age 0-3 with a hearing loss. Early Intervention has knowledge and experience serving families and their children with hearing loss. This includes Hard of Hearing children, Deaf children, cochlear implant recipients, hearing loss with other disabilities.

Serves all ages providing complete audiology support by licensed Doctors of Audiology. Services include hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, tinnitus treatment, and rehabilitative services while offering the latest in hearing aid technology. Cochlear implant services are available through our Cochlear Implant Therapy Program.

Offers free in-home or in-office hearing tests and consultation to determine if an individual has a hearing loss, needs hearing aids, and which hearing aids are appropriate.

Offers Early Intervention services for birth through 2 years with a disability or at risk, preschool for children 3-5 years with a disability and school programming for children 6-22 years with multiple handicaps.

Offers a training program in producing crafts and fine arts to persons who are handicapped, unemployed, underemployed adults ages 18 or older or seniors age 60 or older. Crafts are sold in a boutique and participants receive 40% of the selling price. Individuals must be referred through a case worker, case manager, or pastor.

Provides a variety of health services done by students who are supervised by professionals. Services include preventive blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose screenings, bone density testing, nutrition education, and physical and occupational therapy services. Nutrition education is provided by a dietitian.

Help Me Grow (HMG) is Ohio’s birth to 5 system that provides family-centered services for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers and their families to ensure they have access to the services which are needed to enhance their health and child's development. Help nurture your child’s health and development for success in life. Help Me Grow is a program for Ohio’s expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers that provide health and developmental services so children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow provides the building blocks for success for Ohio’s families.

Provides a program that offers service coordination and family support services. Some services include financial assistance for respite care, special dietary needs and adaptive equipment.

Provides consumers with basic skills that support independent living goals. Training is provided in such areas as budget and money management, decision making, education, employment, goal-setting, nutrition/food purchase and preparation, personal care management, rights and responsibilities, self-advocacy and assertiveness, and socialization.

Provides services for clients to find gainful employment or training. Specific services include: counseling and planning, mobility training, personal and work adjustment training, vocational training (including small business development), training supplies and books, artificial limbs, braces, eyeglasses, hearing aids, psychotherapy, student financial aid to attend post-secondary classes, physical therapy, wheelchairs (if needed for work) occupational supplies, placement, and follow-up on the job. Clients accepted in the program develop a plan for employment with a staff counselor that they meet with periodically during a specified time for follow-up. Services are time-limited. Services include transitional assistance from school to work or college for students who are graduating from high school.

Provides acute rehabilitation services a 44 bed inpatient rehab unit as well as outpatient services. Offers physical, occupational, speech, vocational, and recreational therapies.

Provides training to help people with low vision to be independent in their homes. Services include assessment of needs, training with cooking utensils, cooking surfaces, telephones, controls for cooling/heating, cleaning procedures and use of equipment, and mobility training in the home and neighborhood. Provides assistive devices where indicated.

Provides outpatient speech therapy. Will work with persons who have language, swallowing, and speech disorders due to health conditions such as stroke or head injury.

Provides full range of outpatient services for the home bound; includes certified and private duty services.
