Provides one-on-one and group travel training to help seniors and individuals with disabilities navigate Cuyahoga County's public transit system. Offers instruction on reading and understanding route maps, paying fares, purchasing tickets, and getting on and off the bus/train safely. Also offers other accessibility instruction as well throughout the program.

Early intervention is a statewide service that provided assistance to parent of children under the age of three with developmental delays and / or disabilities. Early intervention is grounded in the philosophy that young children learn best with familiar people in familiar settings. All services are provided at no cost to the families. The Early Intervention Team includes, family members, service coordinaters, developmental specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapist, and speech and language therapists. Once eligibilty is determined, the team, along with the family, will develop a Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP) identifying the current supports the family has in place and how early intervention will build upon them to enhance the child's learning and development based on the child's needs. One of the team memebers will be selected as the Primary Services Provider (PSP). The PSP will use a coaching model and suggest strategies for the families ongoing care to the child. The family is the childs best teacher and the PSP will have access to the entire team if other questions or concerns come up. The family is always welcome to attend the meeting to discuss the childs ongoing development.

Provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care focusing on evidence based treatment, education, research and advocacy for children with the diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Treatment addresses the common delays in language and communication, socialization, and repetitive and ritualistic behaviors. Also offers a free support group for caregivers of individuals with autism.

Habilitation program serving the needs of older adults with developmental disabilities who no longer desire to work in a workshop setting. Addresses the needs of individuals who cannot work due to pronounced physical needs through occupational, physical, water, and sensory therapies.

Provides personal and social development opportunities within a supervised, structured environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Services available include daily living skills instruction, recreational and social activities, and community outings. Medication administration, dietary services, and other nursing care is also available for participants.

Provides a full-day program which provides supportive, community based programming with meaningful and engaging activities based on the needs, desires, and abilities of each consumer. The program focuses on skill development, companionship, socialization, and community integration. Transportation to and from the HELP Adult Day Support Program is available.

Provides assistance dogs to people with developmental or physical disabilities who can demonstrate that a Canine Companion will enhance their independence or quality of life. Trains dogs regarding 40 commands.

Provides early intervention support services for families with children who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services provided may include interventions such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/communication therapy.

Provides inpatient and outpatient physical, speech, and occupational therapy.

Provides speech-language screenings on-site, as well as at preschools, day cares, and Head Start locations throughout the community by contract, in order to provide early detection and intervention.

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Shane Hill offers physical therapy services.

Provides adult activity-based and/or vocational rehabilitation (pre-employment training) services to help the client become as independent as possible and to prepare the client to become part of the workforce.

Services include: Interpreting and C-print services, advocacy and promotion of "equal accessibility", independent living skills training, mental health case management for the deaf, information and training about deafness and community resources, and family, individual, and couples counseling. Also assists in making phone calls writing and interpreting letters, etc. Sign language classes.

Provides the Ohio Help Me Grow program, which includes early intervention for children with disabilities as well as home-based parenting education for first-time parents.
