Programs include: Transitional Aged Youth services, Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, School Prevention and School Social Worker Programs, Peer Support, Social Skills Group and Parent Support Group, Triple P, Respite, MultiSystemic Therapy, Juvenile Sex Offender Counseling, Hi-Fidelity Wraparound, Bridges for foster care.

Provides special programming for adults with severe or profound mental retardation, developmental disabilities and multiple handicaps, as well as day programming for those with geriatric needs. Training occurs in such areas as personal hygiene and grooming, daily living skills, health care, use of leisure time and the development of prevocational skills. Our goal is to augment and maximize each person's independent functioning in all areas of their lives.

Offers Alexander Technique classes for individuals with Parkinson's disease and their partners. Alexander Technique classes assist individual to improve freedom of movement, balance, support and coordination through specialized exercise techniques.

Children are seen as needed by specialists for medical evaluation, counseling, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.

Provides on site hearing and speech/language screenings for children ages 3 to 6 years old. School screenings are for children ages 6 years and older.

Offers home visiting and early intervention programs for at-risk infants and children. Works with pregnant mothers to teach proper prenatal care so they will have a better chance of delivering a healthy child. Educates parents about immunizations, what to look for developmentally as their child grows, making a home safe for children, community linkage and how parents play a role in helping their child become ready for learning.

Early childhood education programs meant to promote skill development for children with, or at risk for, developmental disabilities and delays. The early childhood education program is designed to meet the needs of the children at their levels of ability. A group-oriented, facility-based program is offered for children 18-36 months of age. An individual plan is developed for each child and his/her family, outlining goals to be focused on over the course of the school year. A variety of services help children achieve their goals, including: Educational and therapeutic services; Daily use of a fully accessible play yard and/or gross motor room; Weekly use of Easter Seals warm water, therapeutic pool; Individual family service plans; Transportation to those who could otherwise not attend; In-home visits throughout the school year; and Transition to a preschool setting. Classroom size is limited to eight children with one certified teacher and teacher's assistant per classroom. Students also work with trained physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as aquatic specialists.

Provides speech and language services, occupational therapy services and behavioral services for students with ADHD, autistic spectrum disorders and related disorders.

The Early Intervention Program serves children birth to three years of age who have been diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. If the child is eligible, highly trained Fairway staff assists the parents in designing home services to meet the needs of the child and family. Since parents, family and caregivers are the first and most important teachers in a child’s life, they are actively involved in learning new techniques to assist their child. The staff, child, family and friends join forces and create a team. Services are confidential, available to families at no cost and are tailored to meet the family’s needs as identified in the Individual Family Service Plan. On-going support may include: - Development Screenings and Updates - Home Activities - Child Development Information - Speech and Language Services - Occupational Therapy - Physical Therapy - Family Resources - Transitioning Supports - Consultative Guidance - Parent Training.

Offers a 1-week residential course designed to accelerate the learning process of cane travel with one-on-one instruction.

Parenting group focusing on positive ways to parent young children. Child sitting available if needed. Classes are seven 2-hour sessions from October 7- November 18, 2021held at Alta's Campus of Care location at 1960 E. County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, Ohio.

Provides early intervention services to young children who have developmental delays. Will develop an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) which sets goals for children, age 0-3, and their families. Children and their families can participate in parent-child programs which emphasize information and experience sharing, parenting skills, and support. Families have access to an Early Intervention Team consisting of Service Coordinator, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, and a Developmental Specialist.

Provides out patient therapy in the Veale Wellness and Aquatic Center at Breckenridge Village.

Provides services for veterans with severe vision loss or blindness. Provides eye care, assistive devices, rehabilitation, support groups, counseling, etc. Inpatient and outpatient services are offered. Works with non-VA agencies to help veterans get guide dogs.

Delivers primary health care in the home through a hospital-based interdisciplinary team to homebound (often bedridden) eligible veterans, whose caregivers are willing and able to assist in their care. Provides medical and nursing care, rehabilitation services, dietetic consultation, psychosocial assessment, educational services, medications, and equipment.
