Summer Youth in Transition program focuses on daily living skills for high school students with disabilities. Topics to be explored include budgeting, hygiene, job readiness, social skills, and safety skills. Participants will have an opportunity to go on field trips. A snack will be provided. Participants are encouraged to take a lunch.

Offers a 12-week parent-centered, early intervention services for young children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Services offered virtually (via cell phone, tablet or computer).

Offers housing and services for mentally ill men and women who are homeless. Case management is provided to specifically link tenants to mainstream programs that will meet their needs, which include health care, mental health treatment, income maintenance and job training. Skill building classes are available to help tenants improve their abilities to maintain their housing and quality of life.

Provides services for clients to find gainful employment or training. Specific services include: counseling and planning, mobility training, personal and work adjustment training, vocational training (including small business development), training supplies and books, artificial limbs, braces, eyeglasses, hearing aids, psychotherapy, student financial aid to attend post-secondary classes, physical therapy, wheelchairs (if needed for work) occupational supplies, placement, and follow-up on the job. Clients accepted in the program develop a plan for employment with a staff counselor that they meet with periodically during a specified time for follow-up. Services are time-limited. Services include transitional assistance from school to work or college for students who are graduating from high school.

Provides early intervention services to young children who have developmental delays. Will develop an Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) which sets goals for children and their families. Children and their families can participate in parent-child programs which utilize coaching practices to enhance child development. Families have access to an Early Intervention Team consisting of a Service Coordinator, Development Specialist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and a Speech Therapist.

Offers both community and site-based services which focus on experiences to enhance greater independence, self-advocacy, and choice. Community based services provide a natural learning environment while exploring work options and developing community relationships and community membership.

Early intervention (EI) is designed to stimulate development early in life to provide children the opportunity to maximize their abilities. Early Intervention serves children from birth to three years of age who have been evaluated and found eligible for services. A Service Coordinator assisst families with linkages to specialized services.
