Provides skilled nursing and home health care including professional nursing assessment, medical services such as blood pressure checks, medication monitoring, blood sugar checks, wound care, catheter care, and tube feeding, behavioral health care (limited to dementia and depression), home health aide services, homemaker and companion services, temporary illness support programs, and rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Short-term in home respite care is provided as well.

Our treatment programs- delivered by our experienced therapy team- are custom-designed to meet the individual needs of each patient, and based on these needs may include one or more therapy discipline. Also offers a series of specialty services such as aquatic therapy, infrared light therapy, weight management programs, industrial work rehabilitation, massage therapy and vestibular rehab.

Provides inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation medical services to eligible veterans (honorable discharge, times in service, etc.).

Skilled Nursing facility provides Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Therapists see patients within the first 24 hours after admission. They allow the opportunity to give patients time to get acclimated to the new surroundings, gain rest after the transition, and permit nurses the appropriate amount of time necessary to gain all clinical information through assessments. Daily therapy varies based on physicians orders from the hospital and to what extent the patient is able to participate.

Provides treatment and rehabilitation for children and young adults who have physical disabilities or developmental delays. Offers occupational, physical, speech therapy. Established clients may also receive case management, advocacy, and assistance with choosing adaptive equipment.

Physical Therapy is a treatment program that helps a person in a wide variety of ways.
