Provides hormone therapy for transgender patients

Franklinton Health Center offers the following services specifically for clients who identify as LGBTQ: education, Hormone Replacement Therapy, resources, services, referral, PrEP and gender-affirming hormone therapy.

Provides LGBTQ community, people of trans experience have specific health concerns and experience significant health disparities when compared to the overall population. Our patient centered model of care is based upon the foundational principles of ethics in medicine.

Provides hormone therapy and gender-affirming care for transgender and non-binary individuals.

Provides patient-centered, affirming, accessible, and affordable primary health care, including primary care, gender-affirming care, HIV speciality care, and pharmacy services to all, with an emphasis on the LGBTQ+ community and those living with HIV/AIDS. In person and telehealth available.

Health center that provides sex education, pro-choice based reproductive health care, and sexual health care. Services include: * Abortion referrals * Birth control * HIV services (including PrEP) * Men's health care * Morning-After Pill (Emergency Contraception) * Pregnancy testing and services * Primary care * STD testing, treatment, and vaccines * Transgender Hormone Therapy * Women's health care
