The program uses Virtual Reality techniques and virtual coaches to show participants how to obtain basic patient vitals, assist at the scene of an accident, and help with knee replacement surgery. Participants also work with curated journal and reflection activities to learn about the importance of building healthy relationships and making responsible decisions.

Primary partners are Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities and local employment vendors who provide supports that may include, helping complete an application, helping write a resume, going to the interview with the individual, helping them learn the job, or talking to their employer to help them keep a job. A Supported Employment provider or job coach can also work closely with the individual's team to help identify and strengthen the qualities that employers look for in their employees.
