Transition Services assist students, ages 14-22, with preparation for employment via career exploration and job readiness training. Job club, Summer Youth and Project SEARCH programs were designed specifically to achieve the employment goals of students transitioning into the workforce. We also provide Job Readiness and Career Exploration classes for Jr. High and High School students from throughout our service area.
