Offers resources available to community members who are currently unemployed and looking for employment, or those who want a different or higher paying job. Job Seekers have access to a full selection of resources under one convenient location, Services available include: - Partner services from local and state organizations - Employment and career counseling - Staffed, full service job search resource center with internet access - A host of jobseeker-related services including resume development, job leads, (link to hot jobs) and interview skills brush up - Veterans services - Access to education and training providers - Vocation rehabilitation services for those with a disability - Connections to other supportive services - CCMEP Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program. Mandatory for all OWF recipients ages 16-24.

Established through collaboration of government, industry, and education where employers, employees, and job seekers can learn and access skills that will better prepare them for the changing technology.

The OhioMeansJobs Center offers a variety of services to both Job Seekers and Employers. Job Seekers have access to local employment opportunities, career information & planning, resume preparation & educational workshops. Access to fax, phone, and internet. The Center is a community resource for employers in that staff and agency partners can post vacancies through local & statewide networks, offer assistance in on-site recruitment, sponsor job fairs and provide wage and labor market information. Conference rooms are available to employers who wish to conduct on-site interviews or present seminars.

Ohio Means Jobs /Madison County, A proud partner of the American Job Center Network, is dedicated to helping both the Employer and Job Seeker in and around Madison County. Anyone may use the Resource room located in the Madison County Department of Job and Family Services.
