Provides career change counseling, job training, and job finding assistance.

Serves to provide employment and training services to income-eligible individuals who are disengaged or dislocated from school or work. In addition to the academic and on the job training, participants have the opportunity to meet with a case manager on an individuals basis throughout the program. Staff seek to support participants in acquiring new skills needed to succeed in work, school and life.

Provides a vocational training and job placement service for unemployed or under-employed individuals. Includes career change counseling and assistance for displaced workers and displaced homemakers. Those interested in job training will first complete career testing and assessment before being placed in an appropriate training program. Offers all participants workshops, computer and telephone access, resume development, and other job search assistance. Maintains a database for job seekers to post their resumes for potential employers to view.

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act contracts to serve eligible adults as well as individuals that have lost their jobs through no fault of their own.
