Once employment has been obtained, participants will review job retention strategies. Follow-up support and continued on-the-job assistance and support is provided as needed.

Provides a variety of services to eligible individuals to assist in gaining careers and employment. Offers vocational assessments that show how work may impact individual benefits for those who receive public benefits as well as assessing their interest in and skills for specific jobs. The adult day support program offers a variety of activities including; art therapy, community outings, music therapy, special events and more. Vocational services provide training and support to develop customer service, financial, and other skills needed to obtain and maintain employment.

Provides support and training through readiness skills, job coaching and job development. The goal is to confidently and effectively acquire and retain competitive employment.

Provides acute rehabilitation services a 44 bed inpatient rehab unit as well as outpatient services. Offers physical, occupational, speech, vocational, and recreational therapies.

Offers assistance with searching for and maintaining employment for those with disabilities. Services include assessments of work skills, job seeking skills, assistance with resume writing and interviewing, computer training, career exploration, job placement assistance, job coaching and assistance with making arrangements for special needs in the workplace. Seeks to help those with disabilities become independent and prepare for careers in business and the arts. Offers training and employment in office and maintenance work. An apprenticeship program is available to students who have been studying in the dance program. Students start as trainees, move on to apprentice, and often become full members of the dance company. Apprentices are paid positions. Trainees receive a stipend.
