Takes reports of lost animals (cats and dogs). Loans humane animal traps to residents for wild animals, such as raccoons and opossums, etc.

Seizing and impounding stray dogs; impounding of unwanted animals (owners must bring them to the shelter), not limited to dogs and cats.
