Provides daily activities for older adults.

Offers adult day care program. Provides one meal and two snacks each day for participants. Programming includes current event discussions, home skills instruction, educational speakers, and entertainment such as games, gardening, craft or art projects. Has an on-site nurse to help with medication distribution.

Provides a Medicaid-funded program that offers home health care and services coordination. Services include personal care, homemaking, emergency response system, home-delivered meals, adult day services, medical transportation, counseling services, medical equipment and supplies, and long-term care planning.

Provides a wide range of services for individuals, family and friends of people affected by epilepsy and those with developmental disabilities. Services include information and referral, advocacy and case management, non-medical transportation, work skills lab/job coaching/community employment, prescription and benefits assistance, peer support groups, family support network, family camp, and quarterly education programs (Living With Epilepsy series).

Offers structured activities in a supervised adult day care environment for memory impaired and physically frail senior citizens. Accepts patients with Alzheimer's whose diagnosis is mild to moderate. Transportation is available within a ten mile radius of the center and lunch and snacks are served.

MRSI's adult day support offers small group settings that teaches new skills and knowledge.

An adult community that includes various living arrangements from independent living homes to skilled nursing as well as adult day services.

Provides a supervised community setting for older adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and other health conditions that prevent them from being home alone safely during the day. Activities for mental and physical stimulation, games, exercises, art, and respite for family caregivers.

Offers a therapeutically oriented, ambulatory day program to military veterans only. Provides health maintenance and rehabilitative services to frail individuals in a congregate setting. Lunch is provided.

Offers social and recreational activities, and training that is essential for sustaining activities of daily living.
