Provides a resource center for families including a family library, hospital care coordinators, and community resources such as case managers from Summit County Department of Job and Family Services, Summit County WIC, and financial empowerment staff from United Way of Summit and Medina.

In addition, the new FAP program covers expenses for individuals on various waivers for any of the above services not included in the waiver. As with the old program, FAP is a payer of last resort where families are required to exhaust other possible funding sources before FAP will cover services. Available funding is based on a sliding fee scale and the family is required to furnish documentation of the families income of the last reported tax year.

We can also help some of our members in need with other job and life skills and other assistance. The Family Stability & Shared Youth program provides service coordination and support to Greene County families having children receiving services from multiple service systems. The program also assists the families and agencies in determining the need for placements, identifying options, coordinating funding, monitoring progress as well as discharged planning from residential treatment centers.

Provide summer feeding program; family assistance including food, clothing, referrals; job training for early teens; teen pre-employment/ job training; FAX and copying. After school program provides homework time, reading/math incentive program, crafts, games, Bible study, hot meals, and trips.
