Provides a variety of services designed to serve the Deaf and hard of hearing communities and to build understanding of Deaf culture. Services include a video relay phone that allows customers to communicate directly with one another or through an interpreter, a library of materials about deafness and issues of interest to this community. Programs include classes in American Sign Language basics, films celebrating Deaf culture, and regular opportunities to socialize and discuss Deafness and hard of hearing issues. Provides a website that lists events of interest to this community.

Video relay service using personal 800 number. The hearing caller dials your 800 number using a standard telephone or a cellular phone. A video interpreter answers the call and automatically connects the hearing caller to the videophone or web cam. The VRS call is now underway. .
