Group offering education, encouragement and support to anyone whose life is effected by an ostomy. Family members, and people considering an ostomy are welcome. Meets on odd months at Humility House 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown; and even months at St. E's Boardman 8401 Market Street in the Woodland Room. Parking is free and light refreshments are served.

Home Visiting is for pregnant women and families with young children. The home visitor is there to help, listen to client concerns, and connect client to community resources based off individual needs.

Comprehensive behavioral health treatment for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral /substance problems; individual, group, family counseling; case management/therapeutic behavioral support; summer intensive outpatient program; psychiatric services; 24-hour crisis intervention; school-based suicide prevention program, early child-parent education, ropes and initiative course, mental health evaluation, in-school consultation, peer support, respite.

Provides a comprehensive program which, for eligible families, provides case management for pregnant women, infant care, and parenting education. The children are in a group care setting with a very low caregiver to child ratio, where they are stimulated by a developmentally appropriate curriculum. They also are directed to needed immunization services and health care. All children are given a developmental screening and referred to supportive services based on the results.

Provides assistance to new and expectant parents to help them attain items needed for babies and/or children under the age of 2 such as cribs, car seats, pack-n-plays, strollers, diapers, wipes and other baby care essentials. Offers life skills education for new parents and mentoring programs.

Presents a collection of in-person and virtual workshops designed to provide parents with a space to learn, share, grow, and engage with other parents. By partnering with area organizations and agencies, local experts offer relevant and practical skill training meant to offer assistance with the ever-changing needs of parenting.

Provides several 10-26-week support groups that meet to discuss topics such as anger management, domestic violence victims, domestic violence batterers' intervention and parenting education.

Provides autism specific individual and family counseling, parent training, and skill development to improve social skills, activities of daily life, and independence.

Community baby shower. Participants can bring a support person and learn about safe sleep, car seat safety, lactation, tips from a pediatrician, and more relevant topics. Each expecting individual will receive a travel system (car seat/stroller combination), pack and play, safe sleep kit, books, diapers, wipes, and lunch will be provided.

Provides classes to help new parents guide their children. Meets requirements for court-referred parents.

Provides workshops designed to develop life skills needed to decrease infant mortality, reduce stress, accomplish goals, and make health life choices.

Provide nutrition education and supplemental food for women, infants and children who are determined to be a nutritional risk. Provides supplemental foods such as milk, eggs, cheese, fruit juices, etc. at no cost to participants.

Provides childbirth and infant care education for fathers-to-be. Includes practical information about caregiving, relationships and parenting. Fathers in the program can get free admission for themselves and their families to the Cleveland Children's Museum.

Women’s Center–East offers free medical-quality pregnancy tests as well as ultrasound evaluations, abortion information, and consulting on pregnancy decisions. All services are free and confidential to ensure that decisions made about a client's health are based upon sound, factual medical information in a comfortable, professional center. Also offers information about abortion and alternatives, free ultrasounds, post-abortion support and mentoring services. Quantities and ability to earn material assistance are determined by the agency.

Works to create an environment that is healthy and free from harmful substance abuse and use. The Coalition strives to motivate the community, to support healthy lifestyles, and to eliminate underage use of drugs and alcohol.

Provides 24 hour crisis intervention, reassurance, information and referral; emergency linkage to community agencies, police, hospitals, emergency assistance. A Victims Advocate provides community support, advocacy and reassurance to victims of crime following a traumatic experience.

Provides a program that meet the needs of the family and focuses on their strengths. Parents discover the tools, knowledge and support system they need to successfully parent their child(ren). Goal is for children to build the confidence to develop healthy habits. Program includes one-on-one support, monthly parent and teen groups, educational opportunities, peer network building, normalizing family social activities, information and referral and personal advocacy.

Offers support to men who desire to grow with respect to fathering. Topics include: pregnancy/childbirth, healthy relationships, family dynamics, and infant care.

Supports families after initial crisis is over. The Counseling Program provides youth and families with a counselor who will work with families to help them find common ground and make long term changes. Also provides community based and family centered services that meet with youth at home, in school or at another mental health facility.

Offers one on one advocacy and support to help prepare men who are supporting their girlfriends, wives or family members through their pregnancy.

Offers a four-week educational series on a variety of topics such as general parenting, how to navigate the child custody/child support system, healthy eating, financial literacy, etc. Can also provide one-on-one assistance with navigating the child support/custody system.

Provide services for developmentally disabled children and adults of Columbiana County. Offers an integrated continuum of education, training and family support services to eligible persons with developmental disabilities, for the entire span of life. Provide after hours emergency services.

Provides comprehensive prenatal care and post-partum care to Medicaid-eligible patients, including the support of an on-staff social worker. Programs available for patients to earn free crib and other baby supplies.

Offers counseling and support to pregnant women from a pro-life perspective. Provides referrals to adoption agencies, county programs, doctors and hospitals, and psychiatric counseling. Support can be offered to the client's family as well as to the father (or alleged father) of the baby. Participants have the opportunity to earn points that may be used to purchase baby items from the agency such as: infant clothing, formula, and diapers.
