HMG Home Visiting is a parent education and family support program for: - First time pregnant moms - First time parents with a child under 6 months of age - Families with one parent in active military duty Structured interactive visits are provided on a regular basis at a time convenient for the family. Habilitation program serving the needs of older adults with developmental disabilities who no longer desire to work in a workshop setting. Addresses the needs of individuals who cannot work due to pronounced physical needs through occupational, physical, water, and sensory therapies.

Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to the Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Home Visiting is for pregnant women and families with young children. The home visitor is there to help, listen to client concerns, and connect client to community resources based off individual needs.
