Honors those Summit County residents who have died by violence. Attendees will be provided with an angel tree ornament with their loved ones' name and will adorn one of many angel trees with their ornament during the ceremony. A photo wall of remembrance with photos submitted by loved ones and family members will be displayed as well. After the ceremony, the angel trees and wall of remembrance will be displayed at the Akron Summit County Public Library for the month of December.

The fairgrounds consists of 106-acre grounds including 3 buildings, cafeteria, grandstand, outdoor arena and a harness track. Other fairground buildings are available for winter storage of boats and trailers. Site of the annual Richland County Fair, flea markets, and other special events.

Provides social activities for 6th-12th grade students. There are drug-free dances on Tuesday nights at Jeremiah's Coffee House/Marietta YMCA and Whit's. Also offering a teen and family swim night on Fridays at the Marietta Aquatic Center. Two combination Dance and Family Swim Nights and a block party in August are also planned.
