Offer structured grief support groups each quarter led by professional facilitators. Our grief support groups have a specialized curriculum according to the type of loss experienced and are designed to support the unique needs of grievers. At the weekly support groups, facilitators guide participants through grief reactions and issues specific to the loss type, and provide opportunities for participants to share their feelings and experiences. Each group meets for 8-10 weeks.
Provides online support groups for postpartum individuals, individuals struggling with pregnancy-related mood disorders, and for parents who have experienced stillbirth or infant loss.

Specialized support groups are offered each quarter including groups for suicide loss, accidental overdose, murder loss, accidental overdose, neo-natal loss, military, children and teen groups, adults, loss of spouse. The Survivors of Suicide Loss Support group is a judgment-free, safe space for those mourning the loss of their loved one to suicide. Participants will have the opportunity to meet other survivors, share their story, and integrate their grief into their lives.

This 10-week group is for adult survivors of traumatic loss.Each week, different different topics related to your grief journey are introduced.
